Product Specialist

We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our Product and Support team.

As Product Specialist you will educate users, execute installations, and engage in customer support. The role as Product Specialist entails a great deal of customer contact and travel. As our clients consist primarily of pharmacies and healthcare providers, experience from these environments is meritable. We are looking for someone with a service-oriented mindset, outstanding social skills, and a genuine interest in medical technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Install client systems in Europe and worldwide
  • Educate customers on the use of the system and assist with solutions
  • Act as liaison between clients and the technical team
  • Develop educational materials and service offerings
  • Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions

We believe you:

  • Are an independent go-getter who takes initiative
  • Are fluent in English, both in speaking and in writing
  • Are comfortable holding presentations and educating others
  • Have a background as a chemist, pharmacy technician, nurse or similar
  • Are enthusiastic about service and support
  • Have solid computer skills

Meritable:

  • Language skills in French and German
  • Previous experience with CRM systems

Test Engineer

We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our Product Development team.

As a Test Engineer you will follow up on product issues flagged by customers. The Product Development team strives to achieve the best possible results when it comes to quality assurance within the company’s product design and implementation processes.

We are looking for a curious, problem-solving software developer with basic experience in test-driven development. We are looking for someone with a service-oriented mindset, outstanding social skills, a genuine interest in medical technology, and the ability to carry out advanced customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the entire product development cycle
  • Implement various automated testing using up-to-date tools for testing and requirements management
  • Participate in troubleshooting and its processes, help improve testing infrastructure
  • Monitor test performance, ensuring it is comprehensive and quality-assured
  • Archive test documentation, making it accessible for future reference
  • Collaborate closely with Support Engineers in troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Perform root cause analyses, identify errors, develop effective solutions and corrective actions to minimize error rates
