Privacy policy and cookies

Pharmacolog is fully committed to handling your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. This policy encompasses all personal data that we handle.

Why we store personal data
If you are a customer or partner, we collect and store your personal data in our systems, such as our cloud-based email system. This data includes your name, phone number, email address, postal address, purchase history and position at your company or organization. We do this to ensure that we are able to fulfill your expectations, such as delivering our product and providing ongoing operational support. In situations involving business contracts, your information may also be stored in our accounting system.

We may also store information about you if we think there is potential for future joint ventures or partnerships, which may involve phone calls or offers being sent to you. For example, if you request documentation from our website, we will save your name and email address for future communication and email marketing. You can choose to opt out of further contact at any time.

If you are a potential employee, intern or subcontractor, we store the same amount of information about you as detailed above. In addition to your name and contact details, your resume and portfolio may also be stored, which may contain a picture and date of birth.

The personal data we store is solely for our own use as per the above, and it is handled by our own staff and/or our personal data officers. The data will not be disclosed or sold to another entity or used for purposes other than those described above.

If our business arrangement with you ends and no further contact takes place within three years, we will delete your information. If there are legal requirements for longer storage times, for example the Swedish Accounting Act, the storage time will be extended to meet that legal requirement.

All our IT systems are cloud-based. We also have some document-bound archives. Procedures for the secure handling of stored personal data have been established.

Withdrawal of consent and deletion/correction of data
You can revoke your consent for further communication from us at any time, request a report on what personal data we have about you, or request a deletion or correction, by sending an email to info@pharmacolog.com. We delete data as soon as there is no legal requirement for storage, for example through the Swedish Accounting Act.

If you have questions regarding our handling of personal data, you can always contact; Mats Högberg, CEO, Pharmacolog. E-mail: info@pharmacolog.com
